LOTUS MTC Academy is operated by LOTUS MTC DIGITAL LLC, Wyoming, USA, for the website and digital operational layer.

Academic services and educational responsibility remain with Lotus MTC Academy. LOTUS MTC DIGITAL LLC is not presented as a university, official school, clinic, medical provider, licensing authority, or certifying body.

When Subscription Access Is Offered

Subscription-based access applies only when a course page, program page, platform page, or official payment page clearly states recurring billing, access duration, renewal frequency, price, and cancellation conditions.

If recurring billing is not displayed, the registration or purchase is treated as a one-time educational arrangement under the applicable course conditions.

Subscription-Based Educational Programs

Subscription access may include pre-recorded lessons, documents, recordings, quizzes, downloadable resources, live-session replays, community or platform access, and certificate access where applicable.

The exact content, access period, and availability rules must be shown on the relevant course, program, platform, or official communication before payment.

Access Period

Access begins after payment, administrative approval, or manual activation, depending on the program setup. Access is not automatically lifetime unless this is expressly stated.

Specific commercial conditions are shown before registration or payment.

Renewal and Cancellation

Where recurring billing is offered, the billing frequency, renewal date, payment method, and cancellation instructions are shown before payment.

Cancellation stops future billing where recurring billing is active. It does not automatically refund previous periods already delivered, accessed, or made available unless required by applicable law or expressly stated in the relevant offer.

Account Responsibility

Subscription and digital access are personal. Students may not share, resell, transfer, record, copy, distribute, or publicly publish account access, lessons, recordings, documents, or platform materials.

Access may be suspended for unpaid or reversed payment, fraud, chargeback abuse, account sharing, unauthorized recording or distribution, or violation of the Terms & Conditions.

Subscription access does not provide legal authorization to practice, governmental recognition, professional licensing, guaranteed results, employment, or income.
