Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains refunds, cancellations, deposits, postponements, digital access, and course cancellation by Lotus MTC Academy.

Scope

Refunds and cancellations depend on the course type, delivery format, start date, access status, and specific conditions shown on the course page or registration communication.

LOTUS MTC Academy is operated by LOTUS MTC DIGITAL LLC, Wyoming, USA, for the website and digital operational layer. Academic services remain under the responsibility of Lotus MTC Academy.

Payment and Registration Conditions

Payment, deposit, access, and cancellation conditions are communicated through the relevant course page, program page, registration message, or official support channel.

Where online payment is not available for a specific program, registration and payment instructions are provided through official communication channels.

Courses and Programs

For in-person or hybrid courses with limited places, the deposit or required prepayment reserves the seat. Late cancellation may prevent the academy from offering the place to another student; therefore, the deposit rules above apply.

For scheduled live online classes, cancellation rules follow the same timeline as deposits unless the course page states otherwise.

Pre-recorded Courses and Digital Access

For online courses where access is granted immediately after payment, refunds may be limited or unavailable once the student has accessed digital content, downloaded materials, watched lessons, joined the platform, or received login access, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

If access has not been activated and the student requests cancellation promptly, Lotus MTC Academy may review the request case by case.

Subscriptions

Subscription cancellation is governed by the Subscription and Digital Access Terms. Cancelling a subscription stops future billing where recurring billing is active; it does not automatically refund past periods already delivered or made available.

Administrative Processing

Approved refunds are normally processed within 10 to 15 business days after written approval. The final arrival time depends on the bank, payment method, or payment provider.

Unless required by applicable law or expressly agreed otherwise, deposits within 14 days of the start date, activated online course access, downloaded digital materials, completed live sessions, consumed mentoring sessions, administrative fees expressly stated as non-refundable, and third-party bank or transfer fees may be non-refundable.

Course Cancellation by Lotus MTC Academy

If Lotus MTC Academy cancels a course or session, the student may choose full refund of the amount paid for that session or transfer to another session, subject to availability.

Lotus MTC Academy is not responsible for indirect costs such as travel, accommodation, visa expenses, lost income, bank fees, or other personal expenses unless expressly agreed in writing.

How to Request Support

Requests must be sent to administration@lotusmtc.com or WhatsApp +212 645 800 086.

The request should include student name, course name, date of payment, amount paid, payment proof if requested, reason for cancellation, and preferred resolution.
