Lotus MTC Academy provides professional education in Traditional Chinese Medicine and related academic fields through pre-recorded courses, live online classes, hybrid or in-person learning where applicable, mentoring, downloadable materials, academic programs, and subscription-based educational programs when expressly offered.

Admission, enrollment, access, and certification may depend on the program, candidate profile, available format, administrative validation, payment status, and specific public conditions shown before registration.

Scope of Use

The website is intended for educational information, admissions orientation, student support, access to learning resources, and related administrative communication.

Users must provide accurate information, respect intellectual property, avoid unauthorized sharing of accounts or materials, and use the website only for lawful educational purposes.

Website content, courses, classes, documents, videos, mentoring, or communication do not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional and are not emergency medical services.

Accounts and Access

Where student accounts, learning-platform access, or digital content access are provided, access is personal and may not be shared, resold, transferred, recorded, copied, distributed, or used by another person unless expressly authorized in writing.

Access may be delayed, suspended, or revoked in cases of unpaid or reversed payment, chargeback abuse, suspected fraud, unauthorized account sharing, unauthorized recording or distribution, or violation of these terms.

Payments and Checkout

Online payment may be offered through approved payment providers when available. Where online payment is not available for a specific program, registration and payment instructions are provided through official communication channels.

Course-specific payment conditions, access conditions, currency, deposit requirements, and administrative steps are shown before registration or payment.

Payments from outside Morocco may be processed operationally by LOTUS MTC DIGITAL LLC where applicable. This operational payment role does not change the academic responsibility of Lotus MTC Academy.

Prices, Discounts and Anti-Cumul Rule

Prices are published only when validated for public communication. If a price is not published for a course or program, students should contact admissions for the current official tuition or wait for the announced schedule.

The public commercial rule is: one transaction equals one commercial benefit. Discounts, scholarships, deposits, payment advantages, promotional codes, or special conditions are not cumulative unless expressly stated in writing.

The payment method does not change academic duration, certificate limits, admission rules, refund rules, or educational responsibility.

Course Access and Digital Content

Digital learning access may include lessons, documents, recordings, quizzes, downloadable resources, or certificate access where applicable. Access starts only after administrative validation, payment or approved activation, and any required admissions steps.

The access period, availability of recordings, downloadable materials, and renewal rules are communicated through the relevant course page, program page, platform notice, or official registration communication.

Certificates and Educational Limits

Certificates issued by Lotus MTC Academy are institutional educational certificates unless a specific public document states otherwise.

No certificate, admission, course completion, mentoring session, or website communication should be understood as automatic legal authorization to practice, governmental recognition, professional license, or replacement for local legal requirements in the student’s country.

Legal and Regulatory Limits

Students are responsible for checking the legal, professional, insurance, and regulatory requirements that apply in their own country, region, or professional context before using any training in practice.

Lotus MTC Academy does not promise employment, income, medical results, state recognition, or legal practice rights.

Intellectual Property

Course videos, recordings, texts, slides, documents, logos, images, platform materials, and teaching resources are protected educational content. They may not be copied, redistributed, resold, publicly shared, or used for competing services without written permission.

Refunds, Cancellations and Subscriptions

Refunds, cancellations, deposits, postponements, digital access, and course cancellation by Lotus MTC Academy are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Subscription-based access applies only when it is clearly offered. If no recurring billing or subscription checkout is displayed, the purchase or registration should be treated as a one-time arrangement under the applicable course conditions.
